Our internship program provides current HKIS High School junior and senior students as well as university aged alumni the opportunity to gain relevant and useful real-world experience with both local and international companies in Hong Kong. Our internship opportunities can be paid or unpaid and the duration of the internship varies from company, however, a two-week minimum length is required from our interns. The majority of our internships are offered during the summer holidays, however, internships during the winter break are also possible. 

The Advancement Office will review all applications received and will provide the hosting companies with a short list of suitable applicants to be considered for an internship. The hosting companies will then contact the applicants directly to arrange an interview or call and make the final selection of their intern. The Advancement Office serves as the conduit to connect students and alumni with our network of hosting companies that are comprised of alumni, current parents and friends of HKIS and the greater Hong Kong Community.
